摘  要:以低弹涤纶长丝和精梳纯棉粗纱为原料,在其他工艺参数不变的情况下,采用全试验法纺制不同长丝-须条间距的棉/涤纶长丝Sirofil复合纱,测试了纱线的强力、条干和毛羽。分析比较得到实验范围内棉/涤纶长丝Sirofil复合纱的最优长丝-须条间距为8 mm。By using low stretch polyester filament and worsted cotton roving, the paper utilized thorough experiment, keeping the other parameters consonant, the Sirofil composite yarns were spun with various feeding distances between filament and roving. The yarn's breaking force,evenness and imperfection, hairiness of Sirofil composite yarn were measured. By variance analysis. The optimized spinning parameters for the Sirofil composite yarn in the spinning experiment were obtained:the best space between filament and roving,Store.
