摘 要:以来源于五指毛桃规范化种植(GAP)基地的不裂型、大果型、细叶型、大叶型4种农家类型及一个市售样品为材料,采用水、乙醇、四氯化碳、石油醚4种不同极性溶剂提取后,进行紫外谱线组的分析研究。结果发现,不同试材的紫外谱线组图谱的吸收峰、峰谷值存在明显差异,表明紫外谱线组法可用于五指毛桃药材的鉴别。Four land races of Ficus hirta vahl including Non - split type, Big Fruit type, Thin Leaf type and Big Leaf type originated from Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) cultivation base and a sample on sale were collected as materials. Materials were extracted by four different kinds of solvents (water , chloroform , ethanol and petroleum) and determined with the method of Ultraviolet Absorption Spectra Lines Group (UASLG). The results showed that UV spectra of different land races of Ficus hirta vahl gave different absorption peaks wavelength and absorption valleys wavelength. It suggested that UASLG may be useful to identify Ficus hirta vahl.
