摘　　要：妊娠剧吐不利于母亲和胎儿的健康,提供足够的营养支持是治疗的主要措施。本文简要介绍近年肠内外营养在妊娠剧吐治疗中的应用情况,旨在为正确选择何种营养途径提供新的思路。Hyperemesis gravidarum may impact the health of both the pregnant woman and the fetus. Adequate nutritional support is the mainstay of therapies in these women with hyperemesis gravidarum. To provide physicians a new view in selecting the appropriate nutritional supports, this article briefly reviewed the application of parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum patients in recent years.
