摘 要:采用旋铸急冷工艺在大气环境中制备出了(Ni0.75Fe0.25)78-xZrxSi10B12(x=0、8)非晶合金带材.X射线衍射分析表明样品为完全非晶.采用Diamond TG/DTA差热分析仪测量非晶薄带的热稳定性及其相关参数Tg、Tx、Tm等.根据DTA结果分析,(Ni0.75Fe0.25)78Si10B12非晶合金退火温度为695、715、7457、65 K.在715 K和745 K退火时,非晶基体上析出单一的-γ(Fe,Ni)固溶体,平均晶粒尺寸分别约为10.3 nm和18.5 nm,在765 K退火后的结晶相为-γ(Fe,Ni)固溶体以及Fe2Si,Ni2Si和Fe3B.(Ni0.75Fe0.25)70Zr8Si10B12非晶合金退火温度为810、825、845、855、865、920 K,退火后不能在非晶基体上析出单一的晶化相,晶化析出相为-γ(Fe,Ni)固溶体以及Ni21Zr2B6,Fe5Si3,Ni3Zr和一些未知相.Amorphous ribbon specimen of (Ni0.75 Feo. 25 )78-x Zrx Si10 B12 (x = 0,8) was prepared with singleroller melt-spinning technique in atmospheric ambient. XRD analysis indicated that the specimen was fullamorphous. The thermal stability of the amorphous alloy was studied with differential thermal analysis (DTA), glass transition temperature (Tg), crystallization temperature (Tx), and melting point (Tin) were also determined, respectively. It was shown by the DTA that the annealing temperatures of the amorphous alloy (Ni0.75Fe0.75)78Si10B12 were 695, 715, 745, 765 K. For the specimen annealed at temperatures 715 K and 745 K, a single phase of 7-(Fe, Ni) solid solution with grain size of about 10. 3 nm and 18. 5nm, respectively, precipitated in the amorphous matrix. The crystallized phases were 7-(Fe, Ni) solid solution, Fe2Si, Ni2Si, and Fe3B after annealing at 765 K. (Ni0.75 Fe0.25 )70 Zr8 Si10 B12 amorphous alloy was annealed at different temperatures: 810, 825, 845, 855, 865, 920 K, respectively. No single phase precipitated in the amorphous matrix after annealing treatment. The crystallized phases were 7-(Fe, Ni) solid solution, Ni21Zr2B5, Fe5Si3, Ni3Zr and some undefined ohases.
