摘 要:对离心压缩机喘振现象和传统的防喘振控制方法进行研究,分别采用变增益常数和变积分常数PID调节的方法对离心压缩机防喘振控制进行仿真试验,并讨论两种方法的优缺点,提出一种基于变增益常数和变积分常数结合的PID调节离心压缩机防喘振的新方法.数值试验结果表明该方法有效地克服了变增益常数法易扰动的不足和变增益积分常数法易滞后的缺点,提高了离心压缩机的安全和经济性能.The surge phenomena of centrifugal compressor and its conventional anti-surge method were studied, by using variable gain constant and integral constant of PID adjustment. The simulation of antisurge control of the compressor was conducted. The advantages and disadvantages of the two method were discussed. By combining both of them, a new method of anti-surge control of centrifugal compressor was proposed. The result of numerical simulation suggested that the method could efficiently overcome the drawback of variable gain constant being easy to be interfered and the lag of variable gain integral constant, so that the centrifugal compressor's security and economic performance were improved.
