摘  要:研究中碳钢在轴向疲劳载荷下的超低周断裂问题,讨论载荷形式、切口几何参数和加载频率与断裂循环周次的关系,提出适宜于中碳钢材料在超低周轴向疲劳载荷下的断裂设计参数.结果表明,拉压疲劳载荷能够达刭低能耗、断面高质量、超低周次高效率的断裂设计要求,适宜的载荷频率为3~5Hz,适宜的切口参数为切口尖端半径r=0.1~0.3mm,切口角度a=60°,切口深度t/D=0.14~0.17.The fracture problem of medium carbon steel with was studied. The relationship of cycle times of fracture to the extra-low cyclic .fatigue under axial loading loading manner , geometry Of the notch, and loading frequency was discussed and the suitable parameters of fracture design for mectmm-carbon steel in extra-low axial fatigue loading were presented. Results of experiments indicatecl that the tensile-compression fatigue loading mode was suited to extra-low cycle fatigue Iraeture design of medium carbon steel with low energy consuming, high-quality fracture surface, low cycle times, and high efficiency. The appropriate parameters were as follow: loading frequency was 3-5 Hz, tip radius of notch-0. 1-0. 3 mm, notch angle60°, notch depth t/D=0. 14-0. 17.
