摘　　要：电力工程建设总承包档案真实地记录和反映了勘测、设计、施工、采购、试运行等工程建设的全过程,是各方按照合同约定保证工程质量、进度、造价符合要求的见证,是竣工移交生产后,正常运行、检修、维护、改造等工作的基础,因此,抓好工程总承包档案工作全过程管理十分重要。本文结合开展电厂工程建设期间档案工作的实践和对兄弟院的调研,提出了电力工程建设总承包项目档案工作全过程管理的思路和具体管理办法。The document in general contract electric power construction project truly records and reflects all process of survey, design, construction, procurement and trial operation, is evidence that all parties according to contract assure the quality, progress and cost of project meet the requirements of the contract, and foundation of the normal operation, overhaul, maintenance and renovation etc. after the project is completed and put into production. Therefore, well do archives management of all process in the general contract electric power construction is very important. This paper, in combination with practice of archives management in electric power construction and of investigation for other electric power design institute, brought forward train of thought and concrete measure for archives management of all process in general contract electric power construction.
