摘 要:分析了离散制造、间歇过程及连续工业的生产调度背景及需求,并依此说明各类企业的生产调度问题存在结构共性,可以归纳成一般生产调度(GePS)问题来研究。这种GePS问题可用混合动态系统来描述,它既包括描述基本生产过程的连续时间动态,又有描述实时事件发生及相应决策处理的离散事件动态,这两种动态是实时交互的。用水箱切换实例说明了GePS问题的混合动态和模型特点。Analyzing the backgrounds and requirements of production scheduling in different industries, which are discrete manufacturing, batch production and continuous processes, this paper makes a conclusion that a common structure of the general production scheduling problem in these different industries can be found and studied as a general production scheduling problem. This generalized problem can be described as a hybrid dynamic system, which includes both the continuous time dynamics for the basic production process and the discrete event dynamics for real time events and relevant decision making. The two dynamics are real time interactive. The paper explains the characteristics and modeling of the general production scheduling problem with a switching flow system example.
