摘　　要：在110 kV及以上的高压电力电缆的生产中,三层共挤机头对电缆生产的质量起着非常关键的作用。本文就机头分流套的结构尺寸不合理造成绝缘屏蔽合缝不佳进行了分析,并提出改造措施,已取得了较好的效果。During the manufacturing process of HV cables 110 kV and above, the triple extrusion crosshead plays an important role for the product quality. This paper analysed the poor gap-closing of the insulation screen due to unreasonable dimensions of the melt flow distributing sleeve in the crosshead and proposed measures for improvement ,which proved to be effective.
