摘　　要：洛非西定是可乐定的同类物，同属于非阿片类药物，可缓解阿片类依赖的戒断症状。洛非西定控制症状的效能与可乐定相近，但副作用较轻，尤其是降血压及过度镇静等副作用较轻，使其更适于门诊脱毒治疗。Lofexidine, a clonidine analogue, is a non opioid agent used to relieve the withdrawal symptoms of opiate dependence. Compared with clonidine, lofexidine has similar efficacy in suppressing opiate withdrawal. It has been reported with fewer side effects, especially with less hypotensive and oversedative effects, which make it more desirable, safe and more suitable for outpatient detoxification.
