必酮碟治疗中重度哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：观察二丙酸倍氯松新剂型必酮碟治疗２２例中、重度哮喘患者的起效时间和肺功能变化。结果显示，治疗１周时症状体征明显改善，而晨晚ＰＥＦＲ于治疗ｄ３即已明显改善；在治疗第１周和第２周时各肺功能指标均见明显改善，并于治疗第２周时各指标明显高于对照组，此后仍逐渐改善。对照组治疗前后上述指标均无明显变化。结果表明，必酮碟能及时有效地控制中、重度哮喘。The effect of becodisks,beclomethasone dipropionate dry powder inhalor,in dose of 400 μg twice daily on the symptoms and lung function in 20 patients with moderate to severe asthma was observed.The results showed that their symptoms improved significantly after one week treatment.Their morning and evening peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR)were improved significantly after only 3 days treatment.The parameters of lung function tests improved significantly in the first and second week treatment,and still gradually imporved in the two months thereafter.The levels of the parameters were significantly higher in treated patients in comparison with control.These findings indicate that becodisks are an effective agent for moderate to severe asthma.
