摘　　要：目的探讨肱三头肌两侧入路加AO双钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法采用肱三头肌两侧入路加AO双钢板治疗12例肱骨髁间骨折,术后24h行肘关节被动活动,2周后肘关节主动功能锻炼。于术后1、2、3、6个月及1年复查X线片,了解骨折愈合情况。结果12例均获随访,时间4-28个月,3个月后骨折均愈合。根据Cassebaum评分系统进行评分：优8例,良2例,可1例,差1例。无切口感染、异位骨化、神经症状发生。结论肱三头肌两侧入路加AO双钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折,保全了伸肘装置,术后可早期锻炼,肘关节功能恢复满意。Objective To study the method and outcome for intercondylar fracture of the humerus though tricep brachii and internal fixation with AO double plate. Methods 12 case of intercondylar fractures of humerus were operated through bilateral tricep brachii and internal fixation with AO double plate within 4-7 days after injury. Passive motion exercise were permitted within 24 ~48 h, and active training at one week postoperatively,X-ray was taken in 1,2,3,6,9,12 months after operation to observe the bony union. Results All cases were followed up foy 4 - 28 months（ average, 12 months）. The fractures healed 3 month later. No infection, heterotopic ossification, or radial nerve injury was found. Conclusions Bilateral approach through tricep brachii and internal fixation with AO double plate for the treatment of intercondylar fractures of the humerus offer many advantages, such as stable fixation, earlier exercise and satisfactory elbow function.
