上肢烧伤整形支架的制作及应用体会

摘　　要：目的:制作上肢烧伤整形支架并探讨其在上肢烧伤、整形患者中的应用价值。方法:①采用直径为6mm的圆钢、厚2mm的钢板为材料,经焊接制作上肢烧伤整形支架。②选取前臂深Ⅱ度烧伤患者80例,随机分为常规治疗(对照组)及应用上肢烧伤整形支架(支架组)辅助治疗各40例,观察患者治疗情况及前臂周长缩减值并两组间进行比较。结果:与对照组比较支架组患者前臂创面暴露好,并能保持所需治疗体位及便于医护操作。患者前臂周长缩减值明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:上肢烧伤整形支架是一种很好的上肢烧伤整形辅助治疗工具。Objective ： To make bracket for burn plastic of upper limb and discuss the value in orthopedics. Methods ： Using circular steels in 6 mm diameter and steel plate of 2 mm in thick to make bracket for burnt arms. Eighty patients with deep Ⅱ burned in forearm were divided into control group （n = 40） and application group （n = 40） , the comparison of the treatment and reduction of forearm girths in two groups were made. Results ： Bracket upper limb can keep wound exposure and maintain forearm in needed posture and was convenient for operation. The reduction of forearm girth in application group were more obvious than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： The bracket for burn plastic of upper limb is one of considerable tool for burnt arms in orthopedic treatment.
