机械通气患者脱机失败原因分析与护理

摘　　要：目的:分析机械通气患者脱机失败的原因,探讨相关护理措施,提高脱机成功率。方法:对84例机械通气脱机失败患者的临床资料进行回顾性调查分析。结果:本组84例128例次脱机失败中,生理学指标变化72例次(59.4%),原发病恶化34例次(24.6%),通气不当22例次(15.9%)。结论:机械通气失败的原因依次为生理性指标变化、原发病恶化和通气不当,机械通气患者脱机时应掌握适宜的脱机时间和脱机模式。Objective： To analysis of the failure of off - line operation of patients treated with mechanical ventilation and find related nursing measures in order to increase the success rate of off - line operation. Methods ： The retrospective inquisition analysis was made on the clinical data of the failure of operation. Results： In 84 cases （128 times） , the changes of physiological index were 72 times （59.4%） , deterioration of primary disease was 34 times （24.6%） , improper strategy of weaning was 22 times （ 15.9% ）. Conclusion： The reasons of failure were changes of physiological index, deterioration of primary disease and improper strategy of weaning in order; therefore we have to find proper time and modes in off - line operation.
