出口金边瑞香线虫病检疫处理方法的研究

摘　　要：为了使江西的金边瑞香能顺利地打入国际市场,对出口金边瑞香寄生线虫进行了生长期施药处理,出口前药剂处理试验。试验结果表明,在花卉出口前三个月,每月施一次10%灭线灵颗粒剂45kg/ha,连施3次,出口时再用10%灭线灵100倍液浸根处理30min效果最好,5～30天的防治效果均达100%,金边瑞香的存活率达100%。在出口前的药剂试验中,以3%呋喃丹100倍液浸根30min,效果最好,15天的防效达99．05%,30天的达100．00%,其次为3%克线灵颗粒剂和10%灭线灵颗粒剂处理,30天的防治效果分别达99．50%和99．00%In order to bring VC. Aureomariginatn into international market successfully, the experiments to investigate the controlling effect of pesticides on plant nematode of VC. Aureomariginatn have been done during growing period and before exportation. The results were as follows： the controlling effect is the best when 10% ＇iexian ling＇ gent （diluted 100 times） was used at 45 kilograms/hectare every month that executed 3 times, and then 10% ＇iexian ling＇ as used for soaking the plant roots of VC. Aureomariginatn 30 minutes again before exportation, the controlling effect could be up to 100% in 5-30 days, and survival rate of plant amounted to 100%. In the pesticide tests before exportation, the controlling effect is the best when soaked plant root of VC. Aureomariginatn 30 minutes with 3% carbofuran （diluted 100 times） that the controlling effect could be up to 99.05% after 15 days and 100.00% after 30 days, followed by the 3% and 10% ＇iexian lin＇ agent that the controlling effect amounts to 99.50% and 99.00% respectively.
