摘　　要：探讨了电费收缴现状和银电联网的优势,简介了银电联网系统实施方案及其实现的功能,分析了对电费回收工作的有利促进。This paper mainly discusses the current situation in collection of electricity charges and the advantages of interconnection between bank and power company. The design and the function of the system are discussed as well. It will benefit to collection of electricity charges.
