摘  要:目的探讨转化生长因子β_1(TGF-β_1)与高血压肾损害发生发展的关系。方法将95例高血压患者根据其尿蛋白排泄率分为3组:单纯高血压组35例,高血压微量蛋白尿组32例,高血压临床蛋白尿组28例。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测血清TGF-β_1水平,并与30例正常对照组进行比较。结果高血压各组血清TGF-β_1水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),随着尿蛋白排泄率的增加,血清TGF-β_1水平呈上升趋势,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关分析表明高血压各组血清TGF-β_1水平与尿蛋白排泄率成正相关(r=0.51,P<0.01),而与收缩压、舒张压水平不相关。结论高血压患者循环中TGF-β_1水平明显升高,TGF-β_1参与高血压肾损害的发生发展。Objective To investigate the correlation of transforming growth factor-β1 ( TGF-β1 ) and the development of hypertensive renal damage. Methods 95 patients with hypertension were divided into three groups according to their urinary albumin excretion : normoalbuminuric hypertensive group ( n = 35 ) , microalbuminuric hypertensives group ( n = 32 ) and proteinuric hypertensives group ( n = 28 ). Serum TGF-β1 was detected with enzyme linked immune absorption assay (ELISA) ,compared with those in 30 healthy subjects. Results Serum TGF-β1 levels were significantly higher in patients with essential hypertension than those in normoltension controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). Serum TGF-β1 levels increased significantly with the development of urinary albumin excretion ,with signticant difference among groups (P 〈 0.05 ). Serum TGF-β1 levels were correlated positively with their urinary albumin excretion ( r = 0.51,P 〈 0.01 ) but not with the extent of systolic and diastolic BP. Condnsion Serum TGF-β1 levels are remarkably increased in hypertensive patients ,which play an important role in the pathogensis and development of hypertensive renal damage.
