基于判别分析的工程项目合作绩效影响要素研究

摘　　要：建立在国内外相关研究结论以及专家访谈基础上的合作管理定性指标筛选问卷,对62个工程项目的186名项目参与者进行了调查,使用因子分析和判别分析找到业主、承包方以及监理获得成功合作的显著因素.通过对不同合作方获得合作绩效的影响因素的研究,并结合我国工程项目合作实践现状的进一步分析,工程项目合作方的需求得以清晰.Based on related researches and experts＇ interviews, a questionnaire is made to filtrate sensible factors to collaboration performance. 62 engineering projects located in Changsha and Qingdao are investigated and 186 interviewees who are the principals of the engineering projects were interviewed. Factor analysis and discriminant analysis are employed to find the factors influencing the success collaboration of the different partners. The result is analyzed with the collaboration practice. The demands of the partners have been legible.
