摘 要:本文采用蚕豆根尖细胞微核测试法,对三氯甲烷与四氯化碳的遗传毒性及其交互作用进行了研究。结果表明:三氯甲烷(0.503-50.302μmol/L)与四氯化碳(0.0195-1.9501μmol/L)均分别显著诱发蚕豆根尖细胞微核的形成(P<0.01),并呈现明显的剂量效应。三氯甲烷与四氯化碳同时处理蚕豆根尖细胞时,诱发微核率仍然显著高于对照组,但表现一定的交互拮抗作用。结果提示,三氯甲烷与四氯化碳对生物遗传物质具有显著损伤效应。本文还探讨了饮用水中二种受试物质最高容许浓度的安全性问题。The genotoxicity and interaction of CHCl 3 and CCl 4 were analyzed by micronucleus test in Vicia faba root tip cells.CHCl 3(0.503-50.302 μmol/L)and CCl 4 0.0195-1.9501μmol/L)significantly induced micronuclei in the Vicia Faba cells(P<0.01),respectively.A significant dose-response was found.A significant effects on micronucleus induction and interaction were observed when the solution containing 2 chemicals was used to treat the Vicia Faba cells.2 chemicals showed some antagonistic effect.The results indicated that CHCl 3 and CCl 4 possess significant genotoxicity.We've also approached the safety of maximum acceptable concentration of CHCl 3 and CCl 4 in drinking water.
