摘 要:昭平水电厂洪水季节大量竹枝、木头、生活垃圾堆积在发电机进水口拦污栅前,无法有效清除,清污问题困扰着电厂的安全生产。论述了技术改造过程中对回转式清污机进行的一系列改进,避免了拦污栅栅压差过大对水工建筑物及发电机组产生的危害。解决了以竹木等大型垃圾为主的低水头径流电厂的清污问题。Zhaoping Hydropower Plant had seen a great deal of bamboo, wood and consumer waste accumulating in front of the intake trash rack during flood season without effective cleaning measure, which had affected the safe operation of Zhaoping HPP. After on-the-spot investigation, a comprehensive comparison and analysis were conducted for the trash cleaning equipment in present China, a series of improvement measures was taken for the rotary trash cleaner in the course of technical upgrade. With the large garbage of bamboo and wood etc. usually seen at the low-head runoff HPP being effectively cleaned away, the harm on hydraulic structure and generator units resulting from too high pressure difference before and after trash rack is avoided.
