摘　　要：提出军事技术跨越是武器装备跨越式发展的核心，而提出军事技术跨越必须要以军事技术优势为前提，为此必须围绕军事技术比较优势进行国防工业转型，不断培育和强化军事技术优势，推进军事技术跨越式发展，为武器装备建设跨越式发展提供持续的技术支持。The construction of powerful equipment based on the military technology leapfrogging development is the core of equipment leapfrogging development. The military technology advantage is the precondition of the military technology leapfrogging development. So we must carry through transform of the military industry according to the military technology compare advantage to gain the military technology advantage, and push military technology leapfrogging development so that providing the technology sustain to equipment leapfrogging development.
