压铸模的表面强化技术

摘　　要：介绍了渗氮(氮化)、渗硼、渗金属(T.D法)的工艺和渗层的组织和性能;说明了经过表面强化处理,可极大地提高压铸模具的各种表面性能,延长其使用寿命;指出了表面强化技术在压铸模中所占据的重要作用。This paper introduces organization and properties of the technology and permeating - layer of nitrogenation, boronation and metallization （Toyota Diffusion, T. D Method）, points out that, after intensified treatment of the surface of mould, various properties of the mould surface have been largely improved, so that the service life of the mould is prolonged and holds that the technology of surface - strength plays an important role in die - casting mould.
