摘 要:讨论了利用结合鞣协同效应制造猪反绒服装革。通过对植-戊二醛、植-噁唑烷、植-膦盐3类有机结合鞣革的存放、耐热稳定性进行比较,发现植-膦盐结合鞣法有较明显的优点。为提高猪反绒服装革的综合性能指标,对双酚A、甲基丙烯酸和三聚氰胺合成树脂鞣剂进行了复鞣试验。结果获得收缩温度高于83℃,感官和物理机械强度达到服装革产品要求的有机结合鞣方法。The suede pigskin garment leather with synergistic effect of combination - tannage was investigated. Properties during storage and heating aging - resistance of leathers that were tanned by three different methods : vegetable tannins - glutaraldehyde, vegetable tannins- oxazolidine, and vegetable tannins - THP respectively were studied. It shows that vegetable tannins - THP tannage is better than the other two methods. Three different synthsis - resin tanning agents diphenol A, methacrylic acid and melamine were employed in the retanning experiment respectively. And a new method of organic combination - tannage of making suede pigskin garment leather is discovered, which meet the quality criteria.
