摘　　要：结合川西北气矿甲醇厂精馏系统改造工程实践,探讨了规整填料、散堆填料复合结构的作用效果,对比分析了其在甲醇精馏系统的增产、节能降耗以及稳定操作中的功效。现场运行效果表明,高效复合填料系统的应用,对川西北气矿甲醇厂甲醇精馏系统生产能力从10×104t/a精甲醇提高到15×104t/a精甲醇起到了重要的作用。Combined the fact of rectification system alteration project,the function and effect of regular packing and irregular packing were discussed.The contribution of high effective composite packing to the increase of output,energy saving and the decline of cost in the methanol rectification system was analyzed.The result of actual operation made it clear that the application of high effective composite packing played an important role to increase the production ability of methanol rectification system from 100000 tons per year to 150000 tons per year.
