摘  要:为改善污泥的脱水性能,采用3种常见药剂复配成新型复合混凝剂——FO混凝剂对污泥进行调理。通过污泥沉降性能和过滤性能试验,确定FO混凝剂中3种药剂的最佳配比为1∶2∶0.05,投加量为9.15%(固体药剂质量占干污泥质量的百分数)。最佳配比的FO混凝剂可以更好地改善污泥的沉降性能,并可使污泥比阻值由2.03×109s2/g下降到0.29×109s2/g,从而很大程度上改善了污泥的脱水性能。中试结果表明,投加最佳配比的FO混凝剂,污泥经压滤后泥饼的含水率为73.21%,固体回收率接近95%,处理湿泥的药剂费用为1.95元/t。A new kind of composite coagulant called FO coagulant was used to improve sludge dewaterability. The FO coagulant is composed of three agents. The experiments of sludge settleability and filtration performance show that the mixture of three agents at the ratio of 1 : 2 : 0.05 has the best effect and the optimal mass fraction is 9.15% (the proportion of dry sludge). The FO coagulant has a better effect on improving the sludge settleability. It can reduce the sludge specific resistance from 2.03 ×10^9s^2/g to 0.29 ×10^9s^2/g, thus improving sludge dewaterability to a great extent. The pilot test result shows that the water content in filter cake can reach 73.21% after using FO coagulant in the process of sludge dewatering, and the solid recovery rate approaches 95 %. The agent cost is 1.95 yuan for disposal of 1 t wet sludge.
