摘  要:为提高粉煤灰的除污能力,采用高分子絮凝剂PDMDAAC(聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵)对粉煤灰进行表面改性,并通过正交试验考察了改性的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,改性的最佳工艺参数为:PDMDAAC的浓度为40 g/L,温度恒定为30℃,反应时间为1 h。改性粉煤灰对活性黄和分散红紫的模拟染料废水都有很好的处理效果,其脱色机理以吸附电中和为主。在一定范围内,随着改性粉煤灰投量的增加则脱色效果增强,而溶液的pH值和反应时间对脱色效果的影响不大。此改性粉煤灰可用于印染废水的处理。Fly ash was modified by macromolecular flocculant PDMDAAC to improve its performance for pollutants removal, and the optimal parameters for the modification were investigated through orthogonal test. The results show that the optimal modifying parameters are as follows: 40 g/L of PDMDAAC, 30 ℃ of the constant temperature, and one hour of reaction time. The modified fly ash has a good removal effect on reactive yellow K -4G and dispersed dark red P - R. The mechanism of color removal is adsorption and charge neutralization. The color removal effect is direct to the dosage of fly ash, while pH and reaction time have little influence on the color removal effect. The modified fly ash is suitable for treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.
