摘　　要：工程造价管理是工程建设管理的重要内容,在市场经济条件下其重要性越来越突出。当前工程造价管理存在的一些误区制约了工程建设管理水平的提升。结合多年基层水利工程建设管理实践经验,对走出工程造价管理中的一些误区提出建议。Cost management is an important part of project construction and management and its importance tends to be more obvious under the market economy. There are some misunderstandings in cost management of water project that limits the enhancement of level of project construction and management. Recommendations are given in the light of these misunderstandings and many years＇ experiences in water project management.
