摘  要:根据南水北调东线水源保证率的要求,江都三站更新改造工程对水位组合重新进行了核算。根据水位组合,采用CFD的方法对江都三站水泵装置内部的三维流动进行了数值模拟研究,同时进行了进水流道的优化水力计算,并对江都三站水泵装置最优方案的水力性能进行了模型试验验证。数值计算和模型试验结果表明:江都三站的进水流道经过优化,不仅消除了流道内的涡带,而且进水流态均匀,可使水泵装置的能量性能满足设计要求。In order to meet the guarantee rate of water source for the Eastern Route Scheme of South-North Water Diversion Project (SNWD), water level combination is recalculated during the rehabilitation of No. 3 Station of Jiangdu Pumping Station. The method of CFD is used for numerical simulation of three-dimensional flow inside the pumps of No. 3 Station. Meanwhile optimized hydraulic calculation of inflow path is carried out. Mod- el experiment is conducted for the best hydraulic performance of pumps. The result of numerical calculation and model test shows that after motivation, the eddy flow inside the path is eliminated and the regime of inflow is uniform that satisfies the requirement of design for pump performance.
