摘　　要：目的观察标准化尘螨变应原疫苗治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效,并讨论其免疫学机制。方法常年性变应性鼻炎患者64例,随机分为常规免疫治疗组(对照组)31例,标准化尘螨变应原疫苗治疗组(试验组)33例,比较两组患者在接受免疫治疗后的疗效及血清IL-4、IL-5水平。结果试验组总有效率为90.91%,对照组总有效率为69.70%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组血清细胞因子IL-4、IL-5浓度值较对照组低,差异有显著性(均为P<0.01)。结论尘螨标准化变应原疫苗免疫治疗是一种有效、安全的治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的方法,可能通过减少机体IL-4、IL-5的生成,从而减轻IL-4、IL-5对常年性变应性鼻炎患者的免疫毒害作用,发挥其调节免疫的作用,进而达到有效治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的作用。[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of dust acarid allergic vaccine NHD on patients with perennial allergic rhinitis （PAR）. [Materials] and [methods] 64 dust acarid allergic rhinitis outpatients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 31 patients in the control group were treated with general immunotherapy, 33 patients in the trial group were treated with NHD, the serum level of IL-4, IL-5 was detected by ELISA. [Result] The effective rate of control group and trial group was 69.70% and 90.91% respectively, There was a significant difference between them （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, The levels of serum IL-4, IL-5 in trial group were significantly lower than those of control group （all P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] NHD specific immunotherapy could attenuate the production of cytokine IL-4, IL-5 and is effective for treatment in dust acarid allergic rhinitis
