基于高速摄像技术的芦竹切割过程的研究

摘　　要：为探讨芦竹切割过程和切割特性,设计研制了基于高速摄像技术的芦竹收割机切割试验系统,包括锯齿回转链式切割试验装置、夹持输送装置和高速摄像图像采集与处理系统;开发了基于高速摄像技术的序列图像采集与处理软件系统,通过对拍摄图片的处理、观察与分析,得出了影响芦竹切割质量和切割效率的要素;提出了切割器完成芦竹切割的接触、切入和切断3个过程;通过系统的标定,建立了切断芦竹的运动轨迹。The Arundo donax L. is a kind of good material of paper making, which is tall, thick and hard. In order to analyze the cutting process of the A. donax,a cutting experimental system of A. donax harvester based on the high-speed photography technology including the rotating chain-type cutting system and transportation mechanism and the high-speed photography image collecting and processing system was designed,the software system based on the high-speed photography technology was developed. Some factors affecting cutting qualities were put forward by observing and analyzing the pictures. The cutting process including touching, cutting-in and cutting-off of A. donax was set up. The movement tracks of stalks cutting off from A. donax were acquired.
