摘  要:介绍了利用S7 300和变频器MICROMASTER440所组成的PROFIBUS-DP通讯网络,实现了对高速离心机主、辅电动机转速的调整,满足了现场工况的要求;同时探讨了在离心机工作中,由于主机减速和辅机正常工作时处于再生制动状态,放弃了采用制动电阻进行能量消耗的模式,转而采用了公共直流母线方式,有效地消耗了再生能量。It is introduced that the adjustment to rotation speed of main motor and auxiliary motor of high-speed centrifuge in order to satisfy the working conditions on the spot using PROFIBUS-DP communications network made up of S7 300 and MM440 transducer. It is also discussed that giving up the energy consuming mode of braking-resistance by choosing the mode of common DC bus,because the centrifuger is in the regeneration-braking state when the main motor is decelerating and the auxiliary motor is in normal conditions during the working process of the centrifuger, which can effectively consuming the regeneration energy.
