摘 要:采用正交试验法优化了电解低钛ZL108合金的热处理工艺,并通过验证试验检验了正交试验的结果。结果表明:固溶温度545℃、固溶时间7h、时效温度175℃和时效时间10h时,热处理效果最好,抗拉强度达到385MPa。在确定固溶温度为535℃的条件下,分析了硅相随固溶时间的变化,研究发现:固溶时间为7h时,硅相形态圆整,未发生明显粗化,对合金的强化作用较好,与正交试验结果一致。The heat-treatment process of electrolytic low-titanium ZL108 alloy was optimized by orthogonal test, the results of the orthogonal test were examined by verification test. The results show that optimal parameters of heat-treatment are solution treatment at 545℃ for 7h ,aging at 175℃ for 10h and cooling in air,the tensile strength is up to 385 MPa. Under the given solution temperature 535 ℃, the variance of silicon phase vs solution temperature was analyzed. It is found that silicon phase forms spheroid after solution treatment 7h, and there isn't roughing obviously. The experimental alloy gets the best tensile strength at the same condition, which is consistent to the orthogonal test.
