摘 要:用金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪研究了40Cr钢经氮气/甲烷离子氮碳共渗后的显微组织和微观结构,在HQ-1型摩擦磨损试验机上进行了耐磨性试验,并与普通氨气离子渗氮结果进行比较。结果表明:40Cr钢经氮气/甲烷离子氮碳共渗处理后,表层获得了由Fe3C和Fe3N组成的化合物层,摩擦系数降低,失重减少,明显提高了40Cr钢的耐磨性能,磨损痕迹只有轻微擦伤。The compound layer, the microstructure of 40Cr steel after ion-nitrocarburized in nitrogen and methane was observed and studied through the microscope and the X-ray diffractometer. The wear-resistance test was done on HQ-1 wear test machine, and carried out comparison the ion-nitrocarburizing with the general ion nitriding. The results show that the compound layer with Fe3C and Fe3N is obtained on surface of 40Cr steel by ion nitrocarburizing in nitrogen and methane. And the friction coefficient is decreased, Weightlessness is reduced, the wear resistance of 40Cr steel is obviously improved, The trace of wear is only the slight abrasion.
