摘  要:研究了冷变形和热处理对0Cr17Ni钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明:该钢加工硬化能力较弱;变形量大时再结晶温度低,再结晶晶粒细小;随着退火温度的升高,该钢的塑性先增加后降低,抗压强度和硬度先降低后增加;冷加工时,变形50%的该钢最佳退火温度为700~800℃,变形30%的该钢最佳退火温度为750~800℃。Abstract: The effects of cold deformation and heat treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of 0Cr17Ni steel were studied, The results show that the work hardening mechanism of the steel is weaker. With the increase of deformation amount, the recrystallization temperature is lower and the recrystallization grain size is smaller. With the increase of annealing temperature, the plasticity of the steel increases first and then decreases, while the compressive strength and hardness of the steel decreases first and then increases ,The optimum annealing temperature of the steel deformed 50% is between 700℃and 800℃, while that of the steel deformed 30% is between 750℃and 800℃ in cold working
