摘　　要：在生产多层陶瓷电容器所需的陶瓷膜片中，陶瓷黏合剂起着将陶瓷粉料黏结且均匀分布的作用。作者所研制的电子陶瓷流延成膜黏合剂是由醇溶性聚合物、溶剂、增塑剂、脱膜剂、消泡剂等组成的多组分黏合剂。该陶瓷流延成膜黏合剂具有生产工艺简单、使用方便、毒性极低、成本低廉。The functions of the binder in casting film is to make the ceramic powders well distributed and bound together. CK 94 Binder consists of alcohol soluble polymer, solvent, plasticizing agent, stripping agent, defoamer, etc. The features of CK 94 Binder are simple manufacture process, easy application,very low poison content, low cast and being compatable with both organic and stainless steel carriers.
