摘  要:目的:试验对比不同稀释倍数对全血中铅含量测定的影响。方法:氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法。结果:稀释倍数不同所引起的血铅测定值也不同。结论:在K3〔Fe(CN)6〕-KBH4-HCl-0.4%C2H2O4体系上建立的方法,若取1.0 ml血样消解,定容至10.0 ml上机测定,则方法的检出限为1.6μg/L。其灵敏度与检出限均能达到血铅测定的要求,适于我国绝大部分医疗机构开展铅防治工作的要求。Objective:To contrast the influence of the different dilution multiplicity upon the measurement result of lead (Pb) levels in whole blood. Methods:Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used. Results:It was found that the different dilution multiplicity had impact to the result of the determination of Pb levels in whole blood. Conclusion:Presented here was a method for analysis of Pb previously used 1.0 ml of blood resolved with acid and maked its physical volume to be 10. 0 ml finally, the minimum detectability of the method established in the system of K3 [ Fe(CN) 6 ] - KBH4 - HCl - 0. 4% C2H2O4 was 1.6 μg/L The sensitivity and the minimum detectability of the method has achieved the request of determination of Pb levels in blood. The method was suitable used to prevent and cure of Pb levels in blood in our country medical organization.
