摘 要:目的:根据不同场所真菌浓度检测,结合坑道调查情况,提出坑道空气真菌浓度参考标准(平时)的建议。为坑道及人防工事等特殊环境的空气质量评定及卫生保障提供参考。方法:对11个不同场所,用撞击法和沉降法检测空气细菌总数和真菌数,同时检测微小气候。结果:11个不同场所空气细菌总数撞击法平均2 062 cfu/m3,沉降法平均21.7 cfu/皿。真菌数撞击法平均479 cfu/m3,沉降法平均5.0 cfu/皿。两种监测方法细菌与真菌平均比值为4.3:1。结论:建议坑道空气真菌浓度参考标准(平时)撞击法为≤1 000 cfu/m3,沉降法为≤10 cfu/皿。Objective:To give some advice about the reference standard (peacetime) of the chroma of mycetes in the air in tunnel according to the ehroma of myeetes at the different grounds and the instance of tunnel. To adopt the reference of the air quality assess and the sanitation safeguard in tunnel or the guard against work etal special situation. Methods:To count the mycetes and the bacterial number at the 11 different guards in the air in tunnel with the method of knock -on and sedimentation and view the mieroclimate in tunnel. Results : At the 11 different guards in the air with the method of knock - on the bacterial number average 2 062 efu/m^3, and with the method of sedimentation average 5.0 efu/utensil. With two kinds of method the bacterial and mycetes number of ratio was 4. 3 : 1. Conclusion : Advising the reference standard which the ehroma of myeetes in the air in tunnel with the method of knock - on is 1 000 efu/m^3 and lower, and with the method of sedimentation is 10 efu/utensil and lower.
