益智仁水提取物对D-半乳糖诱导脑老化小鼠学习记忆的影响

摘　　要：以昆明种小鼠为实验动物,采用学习记忆行为训练和生化测定相结合的方法,探讨了益智仁水提取物对D-半乳糖诱导脑老化小鼠学习记忆能力的影响.结果表明:益智仁水提取物可显著改善脑老化小鼠的学习记忆能力,其作用机制可能与益智仁的抗氧化作用有关.This report investigate the effects of the water extract of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.fruit（AOF） on the ability of learning-memory in D-galactose induced mice.Pure Kunming mice were used in the experiment.The results suggest that AOF could significantly improve the ability of learning-memory in aged brain mice.Its effects maybe involved in the antioxidant.
