摘  要:论述了合成氨原料气精制过程所采用的铜氨液吸收工艺、液氮洗涤工艺、甲烷化工艺、醇烷化工艺的技术原理和工艺特点;从各工艺对CO变换和CO2脱除的要求、对氨合成过程的影响以及吸收洗涤剂的来源、能量消耗、环境影响等方面进行了比较,指出了合成氨原料气体精制工艺技术的发展前景。Author discussed the technical principle and the process characteristic of the copper ammonia solution absorption process, liquid nitrogen scrubbing process, methanation process, and methanol methanation process, which were used in the refining process of raw gas of ammonia synthesis; comparison was made from aspects of requirements of each process on the CO shift and CO2 removal, on effect of ammonia synthesis process as well as source of absorption scrubbing agent, consume of energy, environment influence etc. and indicated the developing prospect of refining process technology for raw gas of ammonia synthesis.
