18株白念珠菌26种碳源同化反应变异的研究

摘　　要：利用自动微生物诊断鉴别系统对相同碳源量、相同接种量、相同终值判别标准下 ,18株白念珠菌的 2 6项碳源在 14h、2 4 h和 4 8h的同化反应的变异进行了研究。结果发现 ,16种 ( 61.6% )碳源同化反应至少在 14h便可以产生稳定的结果 ,2种 ( 7.7% )产生基本稳定的结果 ;而只有 3种 ( 11.5% )结果存在菌株间变异。The automated microbiological detection system( AMS) was used to measur the change of2 6car- bohydrate assimilation tests under same carbohydrate coundition,inoculum size,and endpoit criteria.In three differentincubation time( 14,2 4 ,and 4 8h) ,the results showed that 16tests( 61.6% ) had stable re- sults when incubated with carbohydrates for 14h,and 2 ( 7.7% ) had almost stable results,only 3( 11. 5% ) had differentresults among differentstrains.These are useful for the improvementof yeastidentifi- cation system and the study of the biological classification of C.albicans.
