淋球菌质粒及其与耐药性关系的研究

摘　　要：检查重庆地区分离的 10 0株淋球菌的质粒和抗生素敏感性。质粒检出率 92 % ,其中 18株带2 5.2 Md质粒。耐青霉素菌株 7株 ,其中 PPNG 2株 ;耐四环素菌株 4 8株 ,其中 TRNG 18株。所有TRNG均带有 2 5.2 Md质粒。以上结果显示 TRNG在国内并非少见 ,并且与 2 5.2isolates of Neisseria gonorrhoeae from patientes in Chongqing were tested for plasmid map and antibiotic susceptibility.92 strains possessed plasmids in10 0 isolates.18of92 strains possessed2 5.2 MDa plasmid.7of10 0 isolates had penicillin- resistance,2 were PPNG;4 8had tetracycline- resistance,18 were TRNG.All of TRNG possessed a2 5.2 MDa plasmid.It indicated that TRNG was not uncommon in our country and correlated to the2 5.2 MDa plasmid.
