摘　　要：研究了ZST系微波陶瓷的组成对介电性能的影响。并介绍了用掺入玻璃的ZST系微波陶瓷材料制作贴片式介质滤波器的方法;分析了影响滤波器尺寸的主要因素。通过对制造的滤波器测试结果表明:其尺寸和电性能满足设计要求。The effects of composition of ZST system microwave ceramic on dielectric properties are studied. The method of ZST system microwave ceramic which is added by G-glass to make high attenuation in the stepband SMD filters is provided .The main factors which effect size and insertion of filters are analyzed .The results of testing samples reveal that their size and electric properties meet designing demands .
