摘　　要："人的全面发展"、"人的可持续发展"以及"人的综合性发展"构成了新时期共产党员先进性建设这一战略部署的基本人文底蕴;与此相适应,"始终代表先进社会生产力的发展要求"、"始终代表最广大人民的根本利益"以及"始终代表中国先进文化前进方向"即"三个代表"重要思想则分别构成了这一战略部署的实践目标诉求。＂The person＇s overall development＂ ,＂ the person continuous development＂ and＂ the person＇s comprehensive development＂ constitute the basic humanities contents of the CPC＇s advanced construction in new periods; Accordingly, ＂ represent .the development of the advanced social productivity＇ s development request always＂,＂ represent the basic benefits of the most large people always＂ and＂ represent the Chinese advanced culture＇s development direction always＂ ,namely the important thought of＂ three representatives＂ s, which constitute the practice- target of this strategic deployment respectively.
