林下参种子油化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘　　要：目的分离鉴定林下参种子油中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析法分离出林下参种子油,应用GC-MS技术进行成分分析。结果林下参种子油经分离鉴定出26种化合物。结论林下参种子油中主要成分为不饱和脂肪酸类化合物。Objective To separate and identify the components in oil which was extracted from the seed of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey. Methods The oil in the seed of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey was extracted by silica column chromatography,and were analyzed by GC-MS. Results 26 components from the oil in the seed of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey were identified. Conclusion The main components in the oil which was extracted from the seed of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey were unsaturated fatty acid.
