摘 要:对内循环厌氧反应器(IC反应器)在(33±0.5)℃下处理低浓度有机废水的启动特性进行了实验研究。结果表明:反应器经过59 d启动成功;当进水COD浓度为411.6 mg/L,HRT为0.8 h,相应的有机负荷COD为12.3 kg/(m3.d)时,其COD去除率能稳定在87%左右,日产气率15 m3/(m3.d)左右,出水VFA浓度HAc为41.2~43.6 mg/L;污泥床反应区COD去除量占总COD去除量的77%以上,远大于精细处理区;启动完成后,反应器底部形成了颗粒污泥,镜检发现颗粒污泥表面分布着丝状菌,内部则以杆菌和球菌为主。Start-up of low concentration organic wastewater treatment in IC reactor was experimen- tally studied at (33±0.5) ℃.The results is that start-up of IC reactor was successful after the 59 th day ;COD removal efficiency is about 87%, the BPR is about 15 m^3/(m^3·d),the VFA concentration of effluent is 41.2-43.2 mg/L when the COD concentration of influents is about 400 mg/L and the HRT is 0.8 h,the OLR COD is about 12.3 kg/(m^3·d) accordingly;The COD decrement in the reaction zone of sludge bad,which is far greater than that in the refined disposal zone,exceeds 77% of total COD decrement; after the start-up of IC reactor, the anaerobic granular sludge comes into being at bottom of IC reactor with filamentous colony on the surface and bacilli and cocci in the interior.
