摘 要:目的探讨体外超声探头微生物污染的消毒控制对策,预防医院感染。方法对我院的8台超声诊断仪的19个体外探头进行干预处理,以75%酒精纱块擦拭消毒为处理组,生理盐水擦拭为对照组,进行消毒效果监测,每组各48例。结果消毒前,标本带菌阳性率均100%,菌落数为(67.29±22.29)cfu/cm2,培养6株金黄色葡萄球菌、3株霉菌、3株金黄葡萄球菌、8株表皮葡萄球菌等多重耐药菌株。消毒后,处理组与对照组阳性率分别为12.5%、70.83%,未见致病菌、条件致病菌或多重耐药菌生长;对照组的阳性率、菌落数明显高于处理组,75%酒精的消毒效果显著。结论75%酒精是成本低廉、操作方便、消毒效果好、对探头及皮肤腐蚀性最小的消毒剂,可将75%酒精擦拭形成超声探头日常消毒制度,并加强监督管理。Objective To discuss the disinfection control strategy of microbial contamination on ultrasound probes and to prevent nosocomial infection. Method Microbial contamination of 19 nonsterile in vitro probes of 8 diasonographs, 48 probes sterilized with 75% alcohol (as testing group) and 48 probes disinfected with normal saline (as referential group) was investigated in our hospital, Result Before the disinfection, positive bacterium carrying ratio of specimens was 100% with concentrations of (67.29±22.29)cfu/cm^2, 6 S,aureus, 3 fungi, 3 MRSA, and 8 MRSE multidrug resistance bacteria were cultured from the tested samples, After the disinfection, positive ratio of testing group and referential group were 12.5% and 70.83%, respectively, No pathogen, conditioned pathogen or multidrug resistance bacteria was observed, Positive ratio and colony count of the referential group were remarkably higher than that of the testing group, Conclusion 75% alcohol is a low cost and easy handle disinfectant, which can good result for disinfection and causes less damage to the probe and skin. It is proposed that using 75% alcohol to clean the ultrasound probes should be a routine disinfection procedure.
