摘 要:目的了解肇庆市华支睾吸虫(肝吸虫)中间宿主感染的情况及流行因素,阻断和控制肝吸虫病在我市的传播流行。方法流行因素现场调查;淡水螺类采用解剖压片法;淡水鱼采用人工消化法;猫、狗、猪采用动物肝脏胆囊解剖法。结果肇庆市家常淡水鱼中的鲩鱼、鳙鱼、鲤鱼等3种鱼检出华支睾吸虫囊蚴,其中感染率最高的是鲩鱼为20.0%,各种鱼类总感染率为6.67%。阳性鱼主要集中在端州、高要和鼎湖等地。第一中间宿主淡水螺及保虫宿主均没检出阳性。结论鼎湖区、高要市是肇庆市肝吸虫病传播流行的源头,也是我市肝吸虫病防控的重点所在。Objective To investigate Clonorchis sinensis infection of the intermediate host, factors causing the spreading of the disease and the way to block the spread of the disease in Zhaoqing. Method Epidemiological field survey was conducted. Freshwater snails, fish, and liver of cats, dogs and pigs were examined for metacercariae. Result Metacercariae was found in the freshwater fish such as bighead fish and carp. The infection rate of grass carp was 20.0%, while the overall infection rate of the freshwater fish was 6.67%. Infected fishwere mainly found in Duanzhou, Gaoyao City and Dinghu. Infection was not found in the first intermediate host, freshwater snail and insect. Conclusion Dinghu District and Gaoyao City are source of clonorehiasis sinensis, where the prevention and control program have to be implemented.
