摘　　要：软件质量保证过程主要有审计、评审和处理不符合问题等三项主要活动,其中处理不符合问题是软件质量保证的核心。本文明确了多角色参与处理不符合问题的流程,通过对流程的系统分析,在J2EE的B/S应用架构下,以Struts作为表现层框架、Hibernate作为数据持久层框架,设计实现了一个软件质量审计系统的不符合问题处理部分,并利用了XML和JavaMail等技术。该系统职责明确、通过邮件操作提高工作效率,具有良好的可扩展性、实用性和可维护性。In the process of SQA, there are three main actions：audit, evaluation and nonconformance-transacting. Dealing with the NC problems is the core of SQA. This paper makes certain the process of nonconformance-transacting. Based on the system analysis of the process, the nonconformance part of a software quality audit system is designed using Struts as the presentation layer framework and Hibernate as the data layer framework under J2EE B/S architecture. Then this paper implements the system with XML and JavaMail technology. Besides good practicability and high efficiency, this system is provided with the advantages of definite responsibility and rapid feedback. It is also characterized by its good expansibility and maintainability.
