摘　　要：在分析当前电网供需形势和负荷特性基础上,论证了电力负荷管理系统在进行需方调峰资源调度、改善电网负荷特性和电力零售市场运作工作中的重要性,提出了电力负荷管理系统的实时性要求。On the basis of the analysis on the present supply and demand situation of China Power Grid and power load characteristic, this paper demonstrates the importance of power load management system in dispatching power demand side peaking resources, in improving load characteristic of power network, in operating retail power market, and also presents the real time requirements for power load management system .
