摘　　要：针对施工煤仓难度大、施工时安全系数低、扩仓时间长等方面的问题，东海矿在改造32^#皮带道运输系统的过程中，改进施工设备与施工方法，历时2个月，成功施工了32～35^#皮带道煤仓。In accordance with the problems of difficult construction of coal warehouse, lower safe factors of con-struetion and long time for expansing, in the course of transforming 32^# transportation system of belt way re-forms the construction equipments and methods, Donghai Coal Mine spents two months for building sueeefully coal warehouse of 32～35^# belt way.
